It also keeps the staircase usable for others. Fold the seat, armrests, and footrest toward the wall when the lift is parked. The unit measures 22 inches in use and just 12 inches when parked. It supports up to 275 lbs., with standard tracks up to 14.75 feet and an optional track reaching 22.15 feet.
